Back to the Bass-ics: IndiEarth At The Park

After the successful launch of IndiEarth At The Park this past January, as promised we are back again with another night of pure, unadulterated music – this time, featuring the finest of Indian electronica.

This month, on February 7th and February 8th 2014, we bring you Gods Robots and Nucleya.

For those of you who don’t know yet – IndiEarth in association with The Park Chennai have launched a regular music performance series that features the finest of independent musical talent. The nights will happen every month and will feature musicians from across genres, across the country, and across the world.

Gods Robots, featuring Mumbai based vocalist ShriiK  and San Francisco based electronic music producer Janaka Selekta, is a global collaboration that brings together different worlds of sound –  Carnatic classical music, with breakbeat, dubstep, DnB, reggae and South Asian folk.

Nucleya – no stranger to the spotlight – is the bass heavy avatar of Udyan Sagar (former Bandish Projekt). He has performed at numerous music festivals across the country and around the world – including Glastonbury, Edinburgh Fringe Festival, and Lille 3000.

And both these acts you can catch this weekend at The Park Chennai – so be there, or be… sad you missed out.
